Hall Table
Recently a prevalent theme has crept into Garry's work - that is, to use timber as local as possible to his NE Cheshire premises. He has always used sustainable temperate hardwoods but the laburnum in this hall table was felled just a few miles away. By dealing with local tree surgeons he can follow the "small is beautiful" ideal and create real interest in the provenance of the wood. This elegant design will be enhanced by the fact that laburnum becomes almost black with age.
